Baloo is an easygoing Limassol spot that I would use for a casual meal rather than a special-occasion dinner. It has a relaxed mood and the kind of menu that works when you want familiar food, drinks and a comfortable place to sit.

The restaurant It feels friendly and informal, with a modern casual setup and enough atmosphere to make it more than just a quick bite. I like it most when the plan is simple: meet, eat, talk and not overthink the evening.

The menu It covers familiar casual dishes, snacks, salads, burgers, mains and drinks. I would order something shareable first and then keep the main straightforward, because places like this work best when the food is relaxed and generous.

Rio Bravo Saloon is one of the restaurants reviewed on Foodie.cy.

The restaurant Rio Bravo Saloon is a long-standing Limassol restaurant with a Western-style pub atmosphere, Mexican-inspired dishes, steaks and a loyal local crowd. Reviews suggest it is more of a familiar neighbourhood institution than a strict Mexican restaurant.

The menu The best feedback points to steaks, nachos, margaritas, burgers and hearty plates. Some diners enjoy the relaxed decor and friendly staff, while others feel the fajitas, platters or sides can be underwhelming for the price. Saffron Indian Restaurant is one of the restaurants reviewed on Foodie.cy.

This is a fish restaurant for a gorgeous family diner.

The restaurant is located on a busy Griva Digeni street, nothing fancy inside or outside. They offer huge and cheap combo platters with prawns or fish. Make sure to come hungry and with your family or friends, as most of the platters are there to be shared. The service is OK.

The menu contains platters with prawns of different sizes and styles, as well as some other fish specialties like cod, mussels or calamari. They are usually grilled and served with a variety of sauces. They smell great and taste great, just like in other Jimmy's places all around the globe.

This is a good pizza restaurant with a nice interior and two locations: in Limassol and in Paphos.

The restaurant is located on a busy Spirou Kiprianou street. The interior is quite nice, and it's very often fully booked. Make sure you book in advance.

The menu contains all classical Italian dishes, not only pizza. It's very vast, so you could come several times to try something different each time. They have several types of pizzas, pasta, antipasti, dolce and everything is very moderately priced.

This is a small and unique wooden oven pizza restaurant in Limassol.

The restaurant tries to step out of the traditional Italian pizzeria concept. They have different interesting pizzas made with real Italian ingredients. The interior is OK, a bit smallish and the service is quick and friendly.

The menu has different interesting pizza varieties, like with real Italian prosciutto, buratta or artichokes.

This is a small, vegetarian-friendly Limassol stop that reads more like a simple live kitchen than a polished restaurant. The public review trail is thin, but the better signals point to a modest place for warm, freshly made comfort food.

The restaurant feels practical and low-key, with the food doing more of the work than the room. I would go in expecting kindness and simplicity rather than a long, formal dining experience.

The menu seems built around Indian-style vegetarian dishes, rice, curries and casual plates. It is the sort of food that makes most sense when you want something wholesome, spiced and inexpensive.

This feels like an old-school Limassol choice: familiar food, a broad menu and a steady local rhythm rather than something chasing trends. Public feedback is generally positive, though not breathless, so I would go with grounded expectations.

The restaurant sounds comfortable and traditional. It is the kind of place that makes sense for a straightforward meal when you want something known and easy.

The menu appears to cover Cypriot and international favourites, with simple grilled dishes and classics likely to be the safest orders.
