Bao Pau

Bao Pau is a small Asian street-food stop in Limassol that makes sense when I want bao buns, sushi/rolls and something quick but a bit different. It is casual, compact and focused on flavour rather than ceremony.

The restaurant feels like a modern takeaway-friendly spot, with a simple setup and a menu that is easy to order from. I like it as a quick lunch or light dinner choice, especially when I do not want a heavy meal.

The menu is built around bao buns, Asian-style fillings, sushi, poke, sides and sauces. I would order a couple of different baos and one side so the meal has variety. The appeal is in the soft bun, the filling and the contrast from the sauce.

I would come here when I want something fast but more interesting than the usual sandwich or burger. It is best treated as street food: order a few small things and share.

The portions are moderate, so two baos plus a side feels like a better meal than one item alone. Value is good if you enjoy mixing several small bites.

The score: taste 7/10, value 7/10, coziness 7/10
